Step 1. Products Request
Send us a message or an email at Hi@KingsCups.com with the products you're interested in. We'll reply with a custom quote that includes price, shipping, taxes, & complete customization.
Step 3. Sample, Order and Serve!
Lastly, receive samples or place your order. Samples arrive in three weeks, orders around seven weeks, with every shipment including tracking to easily follow from our factory to your door.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I receive samples, and how much do they cost?
Of course! We offer two sample options:
- Free samples (products without your design) for a small $20 shipping fee.
- Custom samples with your exact design for $50 per sample, with shipping included.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Samples typically arrive within 3 weeks.
- Orders arrive in approximately 7 weeks.
A tracking link will be provided for every sample & order once it's available.
How does the mockup process work after I choose my products and send my logo/instructions?
Once we receive your logos, artwork, and design instructions, our team will create digital mockups for your review. You can request edits, and we’ll continue refining the designs until everything is fully confirmed and approved. Once approved, we’ll proceed with physical samples or your full order.
How does the payment process work?
Payments can be made securely online using PayPal, Stripe, or Credit/Debit Cards.
We’ll email you an invoice for each order, which you can easily pay online at your convenience.
Can I see a list of all your products and pricing?
Absolutely! All available items can be found in our Product Catalog, and detailed pricing is listed on our Pricing Packages page.
Can I customize and order my cups on my own?
Yes! We offer a user-friendly Online Customizer that allows you to:
- Choose your products and quantities
- Upload artwork & customize your designs
- Add accessories like lids, sleeves, and straws
- Easily Add to Cart & Checkout
