How Does Your Ordering Process Work?
1. Start by messaging us or emailing Hi@KingsCups.com with your products needs and quantities, and we'll reply with a detailed quote including price, shipping, taxes, and customization
2. Next, is the design process. Share your colors, logos, and any instructions. We'll create free digital mockups of your products for your approval & make any edits until designs are confirmed.
3. From there, we can ship you free/custom samples, or move forward with your order!
What Is The Lead & Delivery Time For Orders?
- Samples take approximately 3 weeks to be delivered.
- Orders take approximately 8 weeks to be delivered.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email with your order number and tracking link so you can follow your order all the way from our factory to your door!
Can I Request Samples Before Ordering?
Of course! We offer two samples options: free samples of your requested product types and sizes, or custom samples printed with your exact designs for a small fee. Send us a message here to request your samples!

Absolutely. Our easy-to-use online Product Customizer lets you choose products, upload designs, add accessories, and order in just a few taps.
What Types of Products Do You Make? Are They Eco-Friendly?
We offer a wide range of disposable packaging, including custom paper cups in single-wall and double-wall options, PET and PP plastic cups, and dessert cups for food and sides. We also produce matching accessories such as lids, cup sleeves, straws, food wrap, takeout bags, and label stickers.
