Once payment is received, production begins immediately. Our team moves promptly into manufacturing, quality control, packing, and shipment preparation to ensure your order stays on schedule.

Production & Delivery Timelines:

- Samples: Approximately 3 weeks for delivery

- Full Orders: Approximately 8 weeks for delivery worldwide

Timelines may vary slightly based on order details, destination, and season. 

Once your shipment is dispatched, a tracking link will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final once payment is received. As soon as payment is submitted, we begin production with our manufacturing partners, which means we’re unable to cancel or accept returns or refunds after this point.

If There’s an Issue

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 5 business days of delivery by email to Hello@KingsCups.com and include photos of the issue. Our team will review it promptly and work with you to find the best possible solution, which may include a replacement.
