Step 2: Product Selection

Next, simply enter your name, email and products you're interested in inside the Comment Box:

Then, our design team will create free digital mockups so you can see exactly how your custom cups will look before production begins. You can request edits, adjustments, or refinements until you’re completely happy with the design.

Step 4: Product Samples (Optional)

We understand that many businesses like to see and feel the physical product in person before placing a bulk order. That’s why we offer flexible sample options.

You can choose to:

- Receive free samples of the same products you’ll be ordering, or

- Request custom samples made with your exact products with your designs for a small fee

Sample delivery typically takes about 3 weeks. If you’re ready to move forward without samples, you can skip this step and proceed directly to production.

Step 5: Production, Shipping & Delivery

Once designs are approved and payment is received, production on your order begins immediately.

- Samples: Approximately 3 weeks to arrive

- Orders: Approximately 7–8 weeks to arrive
